Terms of service

Version 2 · Effective October 18, 2026

Who we are

Hunchwire is run by Kairic Studio Inc., a Canadian company at 197 Yonge St, Ste 201 #1010, Toronto, ON M5B 0C4. These terms are the agreement between us and you, the person or company with a Hunchwire account. By creating an account, you accept them. If you use Hunchwire for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you’re allowed to.

Two other documents are part of this agreement: our privacy policy, and our data processing agreement, which covers the information you collect about your visitors and the people who sign up.

Hunchwire is for founders and teams testing business ideas. It isn’t for personal or household use.

What Hunchwire does

Hunchwire hosts landing pages, gives you forms to embed on your own site, counts visits and sign-ups, and lets an AI agent you connect do the same work through our API. Its features are described in the app and in our agent guide.

Hunchwire is in private beta. We let people in by invitation, and features change often. Our marketing pages also describe features we plan and haven’t built yet; the app and the agent guide show what works today.

Your account

  • Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • That includes AI agents you connect. An agent can do what you approved it to do, and we log every change it makes. You can disconnect it at any time from Agents.
  • Tell us at hello@hunchwire.com if you think someone else got into your account.

Plans and payment

  • During the private beta, no one is charged. We’ll tell account holders by email before billing starts.
  • After that, a new account starts with a free month, then the plans and prices on our pricing page apply. Plans differ in how many projects you can run and how many emails you can collect.
  • Stripe takes payment, in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices don’t include sales tax, which we add where the law requires. A plan renews until you cancel it in Billing; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part periods.
  • If the free month ends, you reach your plan’s email limit, or payment stops, your account becomes inactive. Your pages keep collecting sign-ups, but seeing what you’ve collected, including the export, waits until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • We’ll email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you.
  • Ads you run through Hunchwire are billed by Meta to your own ad account, under Meta’s terms. Hunchwire never charges for ad spend.

Your pages and your people

What you put on Hunchwire is yours: your pages, files and settings, and the sign-ups you collect. You let us store, copy and serve it only as needed to run Hunchwire for you. For the personal information you collect, you decide what happens to it and we process it for you, as our data processing agreement says.

You’re responsible for your pages and for how you use your people’s information. In particular:

  • You have the right to publish what you put on your pages.
  • You tell your visitors who you are and how you use their information, as the law where you and they are requires. Our forms name who is asking (the sender you set) and link our privacy policy; that doesn’t replace yours.
  • You email only people who agreed to hear from you, and every email you send through Hunchwire carries an unsubscribe link we add. Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) and similar laws apply to you.

What you can’t do

  • Break the law, or help someone else break it.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or use a page to trick people out of passwords, payment details or other information. Hunchwire’s login form never sends a password, and its sign-up form always tells people afterwards that the product isn’t ready yet; don’t build pages that get around that.
  • Collect information a smoke test doesn’t need: passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, or health information.
  • Aim a test at children.
  • Host malware, or content that’s hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent.
  • Send spam, or upload lists of people who didn’t sign up through your own forms.
  • Probe, overload or get around Hunchwire’s security or limits, or use it to attack other sites.

If a page or account breaks these terms, or puts people at risk, we may take the page down or suspend the account. We’ll tell you why, and give you a chance to fix it first unless the harm is serious or ongoing.

What’s ours

Hunchwire’s software, its embed script, its design and its name belong to Kairic Studio Inc. While your account is open, you may use them to run your tests. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Service and liability

We work to keep Hunchwire running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. A smoke test tells you how people responded to a page; it doesn’t guarantee your idea will work.

As far as the law allows: we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or CA$100 if that’s more. Nothing here limits what the law doesn’t let us limit.

If someone makes a claim against us because of your pages, your emails, or how you used your people’s information, you’ll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Ending

  • You can stop using Hunchwire at any time. Deleting a project, in its Settings, deletes its pages, sign-ups, visits and clicks.
  • To close your account, write to hello@hunchwire.com from its email address. We delete your account and projects within 30 days; backups age out 14 days after that. If you ask, we’ll send you your people as a CSV first.
  • We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we stop offering Hunchwire, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to export your data.

Changes

When these terms change, we’ll update the version and date at the top, and tell account holders of any significant change by email before it applies. If you keep using Hunchwire after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t accept them, you can close your account. Past versions are listed here.

  • Version 2, effective October 18, 2026: ads you run through Hunchwire are billed by Meta to your own ad account; Hunchwire never charges for ad spend.
  • Version 1, effective October 11, 2026: first version.

Law

The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms, and the courts in Toronto, Ontario, decide any dispute about them.
